Our MOQ is 3000 PCS, but you can use your designs, it is called OEM. We can make but need more quatity for each style each color. For example, face mask need one carton MOQ for our design.

Normally, sample fee will be by Western Union or enterprise paypal. And we just accept 100% pay in advance. Only big quatity OEM bulk goods can negotiate payment terms and rates.

Samples will be by our cooperated cheaper international Express logistics or your Express account. Regarding bulk, we can accept by sea or by air, and we can accept FCA or FOB, and etc...

Part of our products are 220V of China. Plug converters can be purchased separately (you can configure it by yourself or purchase it separately from us), which can be converted to international 110V and not expensive. And we need to signature a "Joint Declaration of the Exporter and the Importer". If big quatity OEM bulk goods, volts and other items can be negotiated separately.
